Clove Essential Oil I Warm, Spicy & Versatile

Clove Essential Oil is obtained from the dried flower buds of the clove tree (Syzygium aromaticum, syn. Eugenia caryophyllus), an evergreen tree belonging to the Myrtaceae family. The tree can grow up to 12 metres tall and is known for its aromatic flower buds, which develop a powerful, warm and spicy aroma after drying.

This essential oil is produced by steam distillation of the dried flower buds. Clove Essential Oil originates from Indonesia and has been used for centuries in aromatherapy, natural skincare products, perfumes and as a flavouring ingredient in foods and beverages.
