TCR Wick for Vegetable Wax Candles

This TCR series wick is specially designed for soy wax and other vegetable waxes, such as rapeseed wax. This flat, braided wick has a rigid core and is surrounded by a sheath of pure, long-fibre cotton and paper, providing a sturdy and reliable structure.

Optimal Burning and Less Soot

These TCR wicks are known for their excellent burning performance, with reduced afterglow, less smoke and minimal soot formation. The self-centring wick keeps the candle clean and minimises, or even completely prevents, carbon build-up (mushrooming).

Consistent Flame and Safety

The consistent flame of the TCR wick prevents glass containers from overheating on one side and prevents tunnelling in pillar candles. This makes it the ideal wick for both container and pillar candles.

Supplied Ready to Use

These TCR wicks are supplied at a length of 120 mm, are pre-waxed with paraffin and fitted with a 15 mm metal tab, making them ready to use straight away in your candle-making process.

Mould diameter: 60 to 75 mm

These sizes are a rough guide — different waxes, fragrances and colours all affect the required wick thickness. Test production is the only way to ensure correct wicking.
