Back in our product range!
In 2008 we became distributor of Stephenson products. Due to this, we quit the sale of this soap basis in 2009. Recently this formula has been bought over, which makes it possible for us to distribute this sweat free soap basis again.
Description: This transparent and "extra soft" sweat free melt & pour soap is especially designed for decorative ends. Ideal for the creation of soap chains, decorative soaps and suitable for cosmetic ends as well.
In molten state this soap is extra thin, which makes this soap utterly suitable for very detailed and little soap shapes.
This soap has a lower melting temperature than other melt & pour soaps. Meaning that it takes longer for the soap to solidify. This gives the users more time to work with the soap and at a higher environmental temperature the soap stays tender for a longer period.
The cooling area may not be warmer day 25 degrees Celsius. At warmer temperatures, the soap must be cooled to recover again.
Use maximum 3% perfume or odor oil for this soap. In case of excessive additions, the soap is no longer hard enough.
Packaging: Solid block of 11 kg in a sturdy plastic bucket with a clip-fixed lid.
When multiple packing units are ordered it is possible to combine white and transparent soap with the same price advantage. Please leave your preference in the comment section. (step 2 out of 4 in the ordering module)

*Sweat-free: even a sweat-free soap has the likelihood to perspire in certain circumstances. Using fragrance oils or colorants from another brand or supplier, or exceeding the maximum melting temperature of 65 degrees Celsius can cause sweating of the soap. A third cause for perspiring is when too much water is added, which puts the formula out of balance. Since we do not have the option to control whether this soap is edited correctly or not, we cannot guarantee for 100% that this soap will not perspire.
The microwave increases the chance of sweating as well as the temperature on some parts of the soap will raise far too high, which also causes the imbalance of the formula. The presence of fragrance oils and colorants increases the chance that the soap perspires as well.
Keep in mind that the so-called ‘sweat’ is not similar to condensation or moisture during the cooling process.
Sweat = moisture deriving from the soap forming droplets on the surface of the soap.
Condensing = moisture from air on a product which is brought from a cold setting into a warmer one.
